This is to create a new service using akka http and this library
(https://github.com/signalapp/libsignal-service-java) to send and receive Signal messages.
- The service must be able to configure the mobile number at startup
- the service must accept a binary message via websocket (akka http stream)
- the api is trivial, accept a text message and destination via web socket and send message using signal library, receive a text message from a mobile conact via the signal api and send it to an akka actor which logs the message and sender to a text file.
- the deliverable is the code, it must be neat, worked on in a public github repo and have minimum 50% line test coverage
