I would like to start an online photo competition and need a website with features that allow the user to create an account, make payments and upload photos. Below are the functions I need the website to have.

1) Create User account and profile (With Option to signup with personal facebook or google page?)
2) Before photo submission, user to select package to purchase (number of photos to enter and prices will vary for different packages)  The website will show details and offer different packages for users to select.
3) After package selection, website will redirect to payment page (Can be Paypal or other secure form of webs payment)
4) After successful payment, website will automatically send email receipt and redirect to photo upload page.
5) Upload Images page: Website to automatically screen the uploaded pictures to ensure they meet specifications that is set (size requirements)
6) User to agree to Terms and Conditions/Disclaimer before submission of images.
Website to automatically send acknowledgement to email.
Additional points:
# This website is not the main website that I will be using, it will be a sub website which users will go to when they want to signup for the competition and enter pictures for the competition. Users will get to this website via a link from my main website.
# I already have a domain name and webhosting and just need webdesigning.
The look of the website will be simple and I will give a background picture so it looks similar to the main website.
# For Individual user profile page: each user will have his or her own profile page where they can upload images (The website should be able to determine how many credits they have remaining and allow the correct number of images to be downloaded accordingly)
