In our manufacturing plant we dedicate many people to manually register data from our resistance welding machines such as welding parameters used: amount of current, pressure, schedule number and part number for the assembly being produced. This results in a lot of information in paper that doesn't get analyzed and people spending no value added time to fill all the registrations.
