We are interested to have a cost breakdown for making an app for iphone and Android that do group VOIP conversations, just like Popcorn Buzz for IOS.  The feature is to be incorporated an app already prepared and runs un the following software solutions:
1.    IOS code written in Swift
2.
Android code written in Java/Kotlin
3.    All server side services written in Python, unsubscribe Go and C,
4.    Server running on modern cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform / Amazon Web Services
Thus user management is not required.

Budget to include experience of programmers on VOIP and app development, number of programming hours for each of the apps and the server side, noise reduction alternatives, automatically reconnect if internet connection is lost. The requirement of AWS services needed for each 100k simultaneous user.
