We are willing to stop using a 3rd party tool to make online video conversation, to make one hosted on our server.
We need WebRTC for it.

Technical requirements :
- PHP
- mobile & tablet responsive

Needed features :
- only 2 users allowed
- Peer to peer and HTTPS compliant
- Mic and Webcam can be stopped/restarted by pressing a button (one for each)
- needs to be working on chrome, firefox, safari, brave and ideally edge
