El Rol

Workana está buscando un Analista financiero, con excelentes habilidades de análisis, organizado, orientado a resultados, flexible, proactivo y autónomo.

Será su función brindar soporte analítico sobre los resultados y principales indicadores financieros y de negocios, identificando causas de las principales variaciones e implementación de nuevos procesos para generar eficiencias. Análisis de la estructura de costos y búsqueda de eficiencias. Análisis de flujo financiero y confección de informes relacionados. Elaboración y monitoreo de proyecciones mensuales y presupuestos anuales. Desarrollo y generación de nuevos reportes.

Se desarrollará a su vez como business partner del área de Marketing Digital, dando soporte mediante la generación de reportes de las inversiones en marketing online, realizando análisis para eficientizar el gasto en dicha área.

Excelente a la hora de resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo. Vocación de servicio y buenas habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y capacidad de trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades

  • Análisis de variaciones de resultados y patrimoniales: identificación de desvíos y eficiencias.
  • Diseño y generación de nuevos reportes.
  • Asegurar un correcto control del flujo financiero a través de la elaboración de informes.
  • Participar proactivamente en la mejora de procesos financieros mediante detección de oportunidades, análisis, definición, implementación y seguimiento.
  • Coordinación de las diferentes áreas para el armado del presupuesto.
  • Seguimiento del cumplimiento del presupuesto aprobado y de los indicadores relacionados. Análisis de desvíos.
  • Preparación de reportes de resultados mensuales, trimestrales y anuales para inversores y management.
  • Armado de planes de inversión para utilizar los fondos líquidos de la compañía.
  • Implementación de sistemas y procesos para llevar a toda la compañía a operar de manera más eficiente.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante Graduado de Contador, Licenciado en Administración o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en posiciones similares.
  • Atención al detalle, creatividad al encarar y resolver problemas, y entrega de resultados en tiempo y forma.
  • Altos niveles de empatía, capacidad para relacionarse con personas de diferentes ámbitos, y muy buena comunicación.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel. Experiencia con sistemas de gestión/contables (preferente).
  • Buen manejo de inglés oral y escrito.

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to keep learning every day.
  • Proficiency with modern PHP: Composer, Dependency Injection, PHPUnit, PHP-FIG PSRs.
  • Experience working in (and enjoying) projects in which unit testing is crucial.
  • Experience with a full stack framework (Symfony, Laravel, etc.).
  • Experience with Doctrine or another ORM.
  • Knowledge of Software Architecture (Patterns, DDD, etc.).
  • Experience using source version control (Git, SVN, etc.).

Knowing one or more of the following technologies is a plus:

  • Knowledge of deployment tools, such as Fabric.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Elastic Search.
  • Experience with Redis.

Job Description

You’ll work on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members to refine and evolve our projects, functionalities and the Workana platform.

In this technical role, you will work closely with our Product and Growth teams to shape and develop Workana. You will lead efforts to craft scalable solutions for automation, growth, functionalities and business insights so our decision-making is based on accurate and reliable data. You’ll be involved from project inception to design through to delivery.

You are crazy about data and how to extract them. You are a self-starter with good knowledge of BI tools and approaches. You can "crunch the numbers" one minute, and critically think through business problems and communicate to stakeholders the next. You like searching the data to find that next big breakthrough that will move our product forward.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Workana’s management to understand their needs and develop BI strategy to fulfill and scale.
  • Work closely with Product and Growth to shape and drive the data infrastructure and methods to deliver scalable business insights.

    Manage the company’s analytics, dashboards and data mining.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with quantitative focus (e.g., Economics, Systems Engineering or IT, Actuary, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in similar positions.
  • Database experience including experience in SQL, query optimization, and interaction with logs-level data.
  • Of course, we're looking for self-starters - candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction, and learn by asking the right questions.
  • Genuine excitement and passion for developing complex data sets and converting them into the information/insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen; demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiative and creativity on challenging projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manipulating data from a variety of systems.
  • Understanding of software life cycles and ability to communicate effectively with engineering counterparts.

Qualifications
