Preciso incluir um forum em um site, mas para isso é necessário incluir mais campos na tabela principal de postagem.

O forum a ser alterado é esse:  http://mylittleforum.net/forum/

Já entrego o banco de dados com os campos adicionados e os <inputs> no formulario, que corresponde a tabela ENTRIES

- 5 select2 com foto e dados (Infinite Scroll with Remote Data - http://select2.github.io/select2/ )
- 1 select multiple
- 2 campos data
- 2 campos hora
- 5 checkbox
- 2 sliders

O resto é input texto normal.  no total um pouco mais que 20 campos
