Necesito crear un panel en Joomla para mostrar un formulario.
EL formulario ya lo tengo hecho sólo necesito montar un módulo que sea totalmente compatible con mi web y que sea responsive.
No quiero un desarrollo desde 0, Yo compro el componente que te haga falta y lo customizas para que esté OK.

El componente ha de replicarse para hacer que el panel se muestre en la página de inicio, cuando cargue la página, y después sea opcional el desplegarlo. Tb necesito que sea replicable para hacerlo multiidioma.

Quiero conseguir algo similar a lo que tengo montado en esta página...
