Ajustes em site com Ajax

Temos um site que usa bastante ajax e em alguns pontos ele cai no "fail", precisamos de alguem experiente para investigar o motivo e achar a solução.

Hoje o site já possui um sistema de log para erro em JS/ajax, o trabalho consistem
em 3 atividades:

1) Colocar mais variaveis no log
2) Identificar esse log
3) Sugerir a correção

Em anexo um fonte JS/AJAX

No exemplo do anexo, notamos que o site cai  nos "fail"  das linhas 1411 e 1475

PS: o site é feito em cakePhp
