Busco un desarrollador que pueda desarrollar una aplicación móvil en Android y/o en IOs similar a tinder (www.gotinder.com).
Con algunas características especiales:
-        Sin foto de profile, solo con características, físicas u otras.
-        Sin conexión a facebook
-        Con las características de profil poder crear un avatar.
-        La aplicación debe estar publicada en Apple y/o  Google Play. Quisiera saber la duracion del proyecto y un costo estimado
