El desarrollo consiste en lo siguiente montar un servidor nodejs en un servidor windows 2012 server r2 , el windows server ya esta montado.
este servidor nodejs tomara los datos en tiempo real que viene desde un socket y los almacene en una base de datos mysql.
los mostrara luego a nivel web en consultas graficas y de tablas para ello se puede trabajar con http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-documentation/ O algun otro.
