Automatizar un proceso de evaluación, se requiere poder capturar mensualmente mediante aplicación web las evaluaciones de personal TI, realizar calculo de calificación y asignación de zona, guardar evaluaciones en Base de Datos, visualizar y emitir reportes de evaluación.
Se requiere desarrollo en access y se espera tener sugerencias de mejor alternativa de  solución.
Se requiere disponibilidad inmediata.
