Aplicativo de gerenciamento de frotas.
Este deve ter login e uma tela de configuração que receberá a configuração remotamente para todos os usuários.
Depois do usuário ter logado e através do que foi escolhido na tela de configurações ou estiver parametrizado remotamente o app ira gravar vídeo ou tirar fotos a cada X segundos e deverá ser enviado para um servidor de arquivos: Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
