Se necesita conversión de fuente de sitio en Illustrator a html + css + javascript

el sitio a maquetar se entrega con archivos fuentes en illustrator (se adjunta actualmente pdf de ejemplo para simplificar el pedido) y debe ser convertido a html5, css y javascript.

El sitio debe ser responsive y se incluyen vistas de cómo se espera ver el contenido en formato móvil.

La estructura debe entregarse ordenadamente separando html de css, javascript o plugins.

El sitio requiere algunos adicionales como un slider configurable según parámetros establecidos.

Se deberán crear las secciones que se especifican en el documento adjunto el cual contiene todas las indicaciones para la maquetación.

Se necesita una entrega parcial para evaluación y feedback, ante la entrega final se analiza nuevamente para validar la implementación.

La maquetación será utilizada luego por programadores para implementar un sitio con su propio CMS por lo que el código debe estar perfectamente ordenado, indentado y comentado donde se requiera.
