Convert a site to Wordpress + Redesign and improve

Hello,
This is an important and complex project. We are looking for someone (preferably more than one person) who has good and long experience in the field., Honest, trustful and a WordPress EXPERT

Our website has a long history (Was launched back in 2008). We changed our domain name in 2014. There are hundreds of redirections: From old domain urls to new domain names urls as well as within the new domain name

Besides that, and unfortunately, the site contains different types of url structure.

Some urls use the + sign, some use _ sign and others uses the - sign.

Most of website was custom made using PHP and MySQL. It has it's own custom made admin section. Few months ago we started using WordPress under /blog/ section.

We started migrating several posts to the /blog/ section.

Now we are looking to do the same thing for custom made pages that contain complex coding (table listing sorted by criteria, rich snippet etc..) There are almost  more than 300 pages

We are also looking to improve the design of the website and make it use the same design all over (right now the website has 2 distinct designs /blog/ vs other sections )

Should we use several instances of WordPress on the same site ? to be discussed !

The new site should be mobile first and that should load under 1 sec. With focus on the best UX . You Should respect google guidance in terms of speed performance ( Core Web Vitals )

Everything should be well planned in advance to minimize the risks of losing trafic.



We won't be your typical clients. We have been in business since several years and we have good knowledge in the field.
