Necesito apoyo para hacer mi sitio web más rápido

Me parece que se necesita especificar cache, optimización de imágenes, reducir css, java Script, html y en si todo lo que se requiera para hacer mi sitio más rápido sin modificar su diseño.

Una cosa que me importa mucho es cuidar que se mantenga compatible con todos los navegadores, actualmente esta optimizado, no quiero que eso se pierda.
