Gostaria de corrigir esta situação adicionando uma nova coluna com um valor sequencial:

Seq | Id_Item | Descrição | Competência
001 | 1          | Diversos  | 01/2019
002 | 1          | Diversos  | 02/2019
003 | 1          | Diversos  | 03/2019

Desta forma ao remover um item somente ele será removido.
