Creación mapa de rutas.

1. Se tendrá información en una tabla MySql que contiene
  direcciones.

2. El aplicativo debe leer cada una de las direcciones y crear un mapa de
  ruta lógica, ordenando las direcciones en la mejor secuencia y este orden
  de secuencia guardarse en una tabla MySql.

3. Es importante que el aplicativo cuente las restricciones de sentido de vías.
