Las specs para el Lightbox que están en este documento https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6135143?hl=en, en la sección de "Custom Lightbox" son las correctas, solo que todo lo que es HTML5 todavía no está habilitado para LATAM.
Para que tengas en cuenta
Solo corre en PC, asi que el tamaño es de 900 x 400 el expandible!
