Desejo criar um site onde eu terei anuncios de negocios a venda, com foto. Os anunciantes deverão ser avisados de algum interessado e tb poderão entrar no site a qualquer momento para ler e responder as mensagens, editar os anuncios, etc.

Tambem terei no site, um avaliador on line, onde o interessado  podera ter uma avaliação do seu negocio on line apos pagto.
