Buenas noches,

Estoy en la búsqueda de diseñador Web para crear un sitio institucional simple.

El mismo debe constar de una sola página estilo parallax scrolling dividido en 4 secciones:
- Home (Landing)
- "Quienes somos"
- "Nuestros servicios"
- Contacto

Lo ideal sería que la misma cuente con la facultad de ser responsive en cualquier dispositivo.
Quiero aclarar que el valor de la oferta será un factor importante en la toma de decisión.
Habrá prioridad de selección para quienes residan en Arg.
