Hola buenas tardes, necesito realizar dos APK pueden ser hibridas o nativas, segun los valores.

Tenemos un sistema web en desarrollo hecho en Laravel 5.3 al que necesitamos que se le adicione la APi de comunicación con dos APK.

Los movimientos de datos son los siguientes:

ROL1:
inasistencias
Evaluaciones
Cargar notas
Envia avisos
Marca fecha de examen en el calendario

ROL1-ROL2
Recibe notificaciones de todo
Inasistencias (con la cantidad)
Fecha de eventos
Fecha de exámenes
Avisos del colegio
Boletines
Notas y promedios
Materiales
Preceptor
Cargar Inasistencias
Cargar Avisos

Los datos se ven reflejados en un sitio web, y las dos APK: Por ejemplo todo lo que se cargue en la web se debe ver en las dos apk y viceversa.

No es fundamental un diseño exclusivo, pero si sería conveniente aunque sea colores similares al sistema web.

Las base de datos las estamos desarrollando.

Necesitamos que se realice en un tiempo de 3 semanaas, puede estirarse a 4, no más.
