Experienced Trademark Paralegal for Uspto and Copyright Filings

We are hiring an experienced Senior Trademark Paralegal to support a US-based law firm specializing in trademark and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Preparing and filing USPTO trademark applications and responses
    •    Drafting Office Action responses under attorney supervision
    •    Managing TTAB filings and proceedings support
    •    Assisting with federal court filings and litigation preparation
    •    Conducting trademark clearance searches and legal research
    •    Managing client intake and onboarding
    •    Maintaining accurate records in CLIO and Lawmatics
    •    Organizing case files and monitoring deadlines
    •    Ensuring compliance with data protection standards
    •    Supporting attorneys with AI-assisted legal research and drafting tools

Requirements:

    •    7+ years of experience in U.S. Intellectual Property & Trademark law
    •    Hands-on experience with USPTO trademark filings
    •    Experience supporting TTAB proceedings
    •    Exposure to federal court filings
    •    Experience drafting Office Action responses
    •    Strong legal research skills
    •    Experience with client intake and onboarding processes
    •    Proficiency in CLIO and Lawmatics (mandatory)
    •    Strong written and spoken English
    •    Experience using AI tools for drafting, research, or workflow optimization
    •    Highly organized and deadline-driven
