Preciso de alguém que possa criar um front-end de um website institucional simples.

Valorizo MUITO o código porque também sou front-end developer, então conte com alguém que vai analisar a visualização em todos os dispositivos.  O código precisa ser modular, isto é, devidamente reutilizavel caso eu precise de algo em outra página posteriormente.
