Criar um sistema que gerencie as RT's de entrada e saida como se fosse um controle de estoque. Será necessário todo o tipo de emissão de relatórios.

Preciso que esse gerenciamento tenha níveis de perfis de usuários e também seja bem simples e intuitivo visualmente falando.

O design tem que ser em linguagem bem leve se possível dependendo bastante de css e js e não de imagens.
