Graphic Designer For Instagram Images

I'm looking for a graphic designer who can do quick image and text changes to Instagram post images.

This is a very quick and easy job which doesn't require much skill, even someone with no graphic design experience could learn this in 30 minutes.

What you are doing is
1) Drag in Image
2) Drag in text
3) Small edit so it looks good and congruent.

I am looking for someone to work long term with me and also have more Instagram accounts I need content for so for the right candidate there is increased work.
