Este aplicativo ele terá a função de descontar dos créditos que o usuário tem no saldo do chip do celular e repassar para uma conta corrente, após feito isso o sistema ira pegar o mac e o numero do celular do mesmo e mandar para o servidor de uma rede sem fio que ele esteja conectado, feito isso o servidor irá liberar a rede wifi para ele poder navegar.
