I worked as Senior Enterprise Account Manager - selling software solutions.
I've signed the On Target Earning (OTE) Offer Letter - in which the package stated that 60% is basic and 40% is my sales commission. The offer is for FY2019 (1st April 2018 to 31 March 2019) .

Life set some amazing plan for me and I got new job offer. I tendered my resignation on 22 Feb 2019. My manager insisted me to work until end of FY (end of march) to close all pending sales opportunity.

I did. I bring in significant sales number to the company. I was an employee until 21 April 2019 (2 months notice).



End of April, I got my salary. However didnt get my sales commission. When checked with HR and Finance, I was surprised to know I didnt entitled any.

I asked for my FY19 sales achievement report, and noticed that some of the sales deals wasn't captured in the report. I found that the company has manipulated my sales achievement to not paying my sales commission.

I'm seeking legal advice on this matter, and how I take it further for legal action. I do have all my sales documentation for proofs on this matter.
