What You’ll Do
•    Use CRM and call center software to manage/process leads
•    Underwrite potential property leads
•    Work with spreadsheets
•    Data entry/processing
•    Track and manage marketing KPI’s
•    Manage SMS messages
•    Create instructions and procedures
•    Additional projects will be assigned
What You Should Have
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office
•    Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
•    Project research skills a plus
•    Fluent in English and Spanish
•    You provide your own computer, internet access, and phone
Position Details
•    Job Type: Part-time
•    Salary: $7.00 - $10.00 / hour
•    Experience: Marketing 1 year (Preferred)
•    Work Location: Remote
