and MOST IMPORTANT i dont like dirty programs with not working files every where even low style because is a copy of a website that runs the program

not knowledge of programming and low style is a NOT so please dont waste your time and mine please

just in case there is a ton of tools to make a program or website looks great now days (remember there is no brain because it will be a copy of a website

please if you can build little example of what you can do it will be much better!! thanks

This is a project for sell lottery numbers,
the program, could be just in a folder in the wwwroot folder
we are going to use windows 2003 server for this
the program need to be standard or flexible not to be attached to just one type of system in case i want to upgrade to a better system including a windows server 2008 or 2012

in case need it I also have installed sql server 2005, but if you want to do a small and easy to use database and dont need to use sql server is fine

whatever the method to be flexible you choose that in wont give me troubles is fine with me

if you can make a setup that i just run it and it will install it self forwarding port etc m fine with that

im planning to use https so certificate will be need it dont know if the program need to have that or just only the domain

the program need to has a entry for users and another for administrators like different ports

if you already have some example to show send me a message or show me some examples or a test on your server or cloud
i willl choose the best and easy solution for my budget
need the source files of the program in case you disappear from freelancer, also in case of some minor tweaks will try to contact you to make them possible and pay you for that services
and
if you stay on freelancer and everything looks great i will like to contact you and try to upgrade the same program in the future with better options
