Modificar pop up del sitio www.MARKSTORE.Net

1.-debe de aparecer en todas las secciones del sitio web (solo aparece en la home)

2.- debe de adaptarse a dispositivos moviles por ahora el pop up aparece demasiado grande en el celular y no permite cerrar el sitio

3.- APARECER A los 20 segundos de navegacion en el sitio web

4.- ESTA REDIRECCIONADO A UNA LISTA DE MAILRELAY DE GRUPO CONFIGURAR LOS REGISTROS A ESE GRUPO Y UNA VEZ QUE UN VISITANTE SE REGISTRE REGRESARLO AUTOMATICAMENTE AL LA PAGINA DE VISITA PORQUE SE QUEDA EN LA LISTA DE MAILRELAY Y EL VISITANTE TIENE QUE REGRESAR A SITIO WEB
