Mql 4 Programmer Wanted

I am looking for a Senior Developer with the following skills:
-    MQL programmer (MT4)
-    Experienced in programming at least one of these programming languages: Python, PHP, Java
-    He is confident in creating dashboards, EAs, Market Scanners and Proprietary Indicators
-    He speaks good English and he is available on Skype for Agile communication
-    He is knowledgeable in technical analysis and know the Forex/trading terminology
-    He has an undergraduate degree in computer programming or other relevant qualification
-    He has a good internet connection, at least 10 MB in download , speed
-    Good understanding of fundamental mathematics
-    At least 5 years of experience in the same programming field
