Ola tudo bem?

Estou com um projeto de montar uma pequena empresa de rastreamento veicular. Gostaria de uma plataforma (software) que seja  propiá de minha empresa. Desejo uma plataforma que disponha de área interna da empresa e área do cliente limitado.
O sistema de rastreamento será por chip M2M com telemetria ou seja, com as funções de rastrear, bloquear e desbloquear, receber informação de inguinação ligada ou desligada, velocidade ou seja existe alguns site que oferece esse tipo de  ex: Getrak, autotrac.
