Características do site:
- Chat (não online)
- Com o envio da mensagem no chat é enviado um e-mail para o comprador ou vendedor.
- Site será para atuar no Brasil. Quero que tenha geolocalização, mostrando os anúncios primeiro da região, exemplo OLX.
