Estoy buscando la construcción de un portal transaccional con las siguientes caraterísticas:

1-portal transaccional,
2-soluciones de elearning,
3-gestion de contenido
4-metodologia de implementacion
5-creacion de portales de contenido

haré una oferta de licitadores colombianos, ya que el proyecto será en español. Este es un gran proyecto y buscaré agencias o profesionales independientes con experiencia en este tipo de portal.

Al hacer una oferta me gustaría ver el siguiente:

1- Portafolio con proyecto similar si es posible.
2- Cómo se desarrollará el proyecto, incluyendo software y tecnología.
3- Solo tengo 7 días para presentar la propuesta.


4- Si no puedes comprometerte con todo el proyecto, no lo hagas.
5- El proyecto puede durar más de 10 meses.
