Prestashop migration from 1 6 to 1 7 and small... - Freelance Job in E-commerce

1) I need to migrate from prestashop 1.6 to 1.7. Website: www.todomicro.com.ar
2) I want to change the theme to one of the followings:

3) We did some manual changes to the current site that would be good to keep:
-Red color in "without stock" message on the product / green color in "with stock" message in the product
-text field to be completed by the customer when select a specific carrier. The info is stored in the purchase notes.
-Notes of the order must be displayed in the order

4) Some errors to be fixed (i think most of them will be fixed with the migration itself):
-Error while loading a new address in the checkout: technical error: unable to save adresses details: error thrown: [object object] text status: error.

-"parse error" while trying to change the prices of one carrier

5) some stetic modifications:
-would like to add a poll in the checkout to know how the customer reached us.
-We have towo fisical stores so i would like to show nicely the two addresses, phone and whatsapp both in the top of the page and in the bottom too.

6) Full purchase flow check to find errors and possible optimizations.
