Problema para upar downloads na biblioteca Wp

Para todos os itens que tento upar na biblioteca aparece o seguinte erro:

Falha ao enviar “água sanitária uselimp 1 litros.jpg”.
O arquivo enviado não pode ser movido para wp-content/uploads/2016/09.

O erro antes era "falha de http" agora esta aparecendo esse erro, o mesmo não deixa fazer o upload nem direto pelo cpanel.

Preciso de auxilio para resolver esse problema imediato!
