Rediseño sitio web

Tengo el sitio web http://www.estudiandoenusa.com/

Es un sitio que lo utilizo para hacer publicidad con google adsense. El sitio no tiene un ajuste automático (responsive) de tamaño a tablets y celulares ya que es viejo.

Google saca el siguiente mensaje en web master tools:
"Google systems have tested 10 pages from your site and found that 100% of them have critical mobile usability errors. The errors on these 10 pages severely affect how mobile users are able to experience your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users."


Quiero actualizar el sitio de forma tal que quede con un buen responsive. También estoy abierto a un rediseño sencillo del fondo y las imágines. Las URL deben quedar iguales y hay que ser cuidadoso para no perder la indexación.
Por ejemplo con la palabra clave "aerolineas baratas en estados unidos" salimos en la primera página.
