Need an expert c programmer who can write for me a postgresql db sync application in linux. I need to be able accept connection client which would be written in c as well that reads the db for new info. If Exist then initiate connection with the server to sync the db.
It shud also limit where the connection are coming from and how many connection that can be active from a client at a time
