Purpose: We have existing cold calling scripts, however I would need a professional cold calling script for our company's telemarketers for rehash and follow-up purposes.
What We Do: We are in the corporate gifts industry, we have our own customer database which we would like to touchbase with them and follow up to see if they would require any corporate gifts at the moment. Also, we would like to explore new customers out there.
Objective: Hence, I would need 2 professional scripts. One for existing customers and one for new customers. I would like to get it started as soon as possible.

I have attached the document of the current conversation we are having with the customers now. Please refine it into a more professional and effective conversation.
