Tengo un problema con un servidor vps de ovh, necesito que alguien me ayude ya que tengo parados los servicios http y https

Tengo un vps contratado en OVH hace dos dias estan dentro del manager me sale que el servicios http y https esta desactivado, segun me dice el soporte de ovh se debe a los puertos 80 y el puerto del https, yo ya intente habilitar los puertos con iptables pero no dio resultado si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradeceria mucho.
