Trello - consult or configuring Trello with Crm and drip email and Sms marketing plugin

I’m looking for a Trello Pro to consult or configuring Trello integration with a simple crm and an automated drip sms and email marketing plugin.

This is the way I envision my ideal day to day workflow within Trello. Prospects call and I assess their needs, fill out their "general" contact info on a CRM embedded on a Trillo card. After my initial Trello card is set up I want all follow-ups with the new prospect to be automated SMS’s and emails set on a drip schedule until they become a customer or they opt out.



Once the prospect becomes a customer, I need automated triggers configured to send SMS’s and email’s to the customers as Trello card is moved to 3 different Trello boards.

Some of the crm contact information needs to be populated into sms's and emails.

Recurring monthly cost is a concern – Drip.com looks like a great plugin but they want $50 a month which is a non-starter (I’m a solo user not a corporation) Maybe Zoho or Zapier will work but I really don’t want to take the time to educate myself or take the time to tweak and test apps.
