Adjunto la lista de requerimientos del proyecto, y el demo de las vistas ya definidas y aprobadas por el cliente; el proyecto ya tiene una parte del backend desarrollado, pero se puede rehacer si se cumplen con los tiempos, hay fechas límite de entrega del proyecto así:

Versión web: 25 Noviembre
Versión App: 20 Diciembre

Para las aplicaciones multiplataforma se puede usar el framewwork de Ionic (o el que sea más conveniente) y el framework para el backend debe ser Ruby on Rails.
