Requiero que se haga un Webservice/Api con Whatsapp a nuestra app de comunicacion hacia el cliente (no spam):

- Que se envie mensajes+imagenes a los destinatarios segun tabla
- Que los mensajes recibidos se guarden en la BD local
- Comunicacion de texto bidireccional.
