Other roles needed The task is to create a web site for a small company with the focus personal development / personal change. The website must be created for PCs as well as for mobile devices. The web site must be a dynamical one. The structure of the web site is finished and will be presented to you. Next to this we have some example styles. Based on this you should make a proposal for the style (or maybe 1-2 alternateives). After a clarification talk we will decide / chose the style to go on. Communication & possible procedure - 1 hour kickoffmeeting and showing example designs - You create 1-3 style examples - 1 hour clarification meeting and decision how to go on (which style) - You estimate the effort for the complete project - Realisation / Implementation of the complete web site - Decision to stop or to continue If we go on: - You implement the web site - At the end: Review and change request - You implement the CRs - Finalization
