I need to create an online real estate school. The objective is to create a functioning real estate school, that students can access by creating a username, login, and ability to take quizzes (15 chapters each for each textbook, with 15 quizzes, and 1 final per course. If the student does not pass the final, they must wait 18 days to retake the final.
