Tenho um sistema em CLIPPER em Ms_Dos. Gero arquivos xml em formato texto no padrão  code iso-8859-1 e preciso transforma-lo para utf-8.
PRECISO :- uma rotina interna no programa clipper tipo:
muda(origem_iso , destino_utf)  ou ou rotina externa :- clicar na barra do desktop
MUDA_XML  arquivo origem (iso-8859-1) xxxxxxxx.XML  arquivo destino (utf-8) 8xxxxxxxx.XML. Prefiro a primeira opção. Dizem que tem um programa STR2UTF8.EXE que faz isso se alguem tiver e funcionar me serve.
Tenho URGENCIA urgentissima.
