Flor do Anhumas

I did a power point presentation, with links for pdfs and other sites.
I just need transform this presentation in a dinamic site where i can change the archieves and link directions.
In left side i have about 10 buttons and at right side i have the place to open other images with speific links.

More details about this project:

* Requirements: I need a site like a power point reference, to view in all plataforms, and it must be dinamic to change the links and link archieves.

* Programming languages: i need a language possible to open in all plataforms.
And must open fast.

* Main functionality for the application: its a simple site with links and downloads.
