Virtual assistant in english

I Want to hire somebody who speaks fluent english to be my assistant while i am in my long term trip to the US.
I am starting up some businesses in the US and I want somebody who can match the following parametres:

- Must read, write and speak FLUENT english
- Must have a phone number to call us numbers, can be skype or similar, as long as the internet connection is very good for doing this.
- Must know how to search things at the internet
- Must repport what is happening

Tasks will be assigned and repported via e-mail and Whatsapp.
