Responsible for managing 4 different product lines, each one offering a different challenge. Reporting directly to the Marketing director and the CEO, my activities were as follows:
-Developed a new licensed product line in 6 months, with sales exceeding 400% of the budget and winning the 2012 ABRE Gold Award, offered by the Brazilian Packaging Association.
-Performed product engineering studies that resulted in the renewal of the company's wet tissues line, at first adequating the product to its current market perception in order to increase profit margins and subsequently revamping the whole line (branding and product mix).
-Phased out a product line that was very popular in Northern Brazil, minimizing leftover stocks and product material.
- Managed a licensed product line aimed at 2 to 5 year old girls, establishing partnerships with POS to stimulate sales and interfacing between the licensor and the company.

Trainee/ Junior Account Executive/ Promotional Marketing Analyst
-Worked in several companies from the Holding Clube group (Clube, Banco de Eventos, FanClub and Samba).
-Participated in the creative process of several events and promotional actions for diverse clients, with hands-on experience in the planning, production and sales department.
-Elaborated budget sheets, negotiated with clients and suppliers in all levels (operational to CxO)
-Developed the selection and induction process for the next year's trainees, validating it with the HR manager and the CEO and being praised by both. Received more than 1000 CVs, of which, approximately 100 were interviewed and 8 were selected.
